1 box Confetti Cake Mix 3/4 cup water 2 eggs 1 can prepared frosting (or make homemade)
Mix all ingredients together and stir well. Drop by Tbsp. on to cookie sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart. Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes. Once cooled, icing may be added. Add food coloring to icing to make the cookies pertain to a certain holiday/season and add fun sprinkles, etc. We use this recipe often. We used green-tinted frosting for St. Patrick's Day or Christmas, etc. You can try different flavors of cake mix but my children like the Confetti Cake the best! The picture shows a batch we made for a special Valentine's Day dinner for daddy! The recipe is so simple my girls could make the whole recipe themselves!
